WHAT IS PEACE
Peace is a state of calm which is mingled with happiness, contentment and fulfilment. There are three kinds of peace: peace of mind, peace of heart and peace of soul. When these occur simultaneously, we are at peace.
PEACE OF MIND
Peace of mind arises when we are undisturbed by the countless agitations, disturbances and challenges around us, are unafraid of the unknown, and embrace the fact that there are many things in life that might be beyond our comprehension
PEACE OF HEART
Peace of heart is achieved when our hearts are nourished by love. As human beings, we seek to love and to be loved. When we are satiated by this love, we experience peace of heart.
PEACE OF SOUL
Peace of soul arises when the soul, our true nature, which is otherwise forgotten about, is nourished and able to guide our lives.
